As an independent veterinary practice in central London, transparency is at the heart of our pricing policy. We believe our clients should always know exactly what their pet’s care will involve and how much it will cost before any treatment begins. At Elizavet we strive to give our clients a clear breakdown of all proposed procedures, tests, or plans, so there are no hidden surprises.
What do we do when the prices we initially estimate change?
Where clinical approaches need to change, as situations with your pet’s care evolve, we’ll always attempt to update your pricing expectations as we proceed. The media is full of reports of clients who felt ‘ambushed’ by their vet when costs run out of control. We’ll always work hard to explain what we’re charging and why that’s changing if treatment plans need to be updated.
