We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team. As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care, diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions in animals and delivering outstanding client experiences.

This exciting opportunity has arisen due to internal progression. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, confident in their recommendations and will have a strong interest in either internal medicine or diagnostic imaging.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day duties are focussed on ensuring patient care and owner satisfaction
• Providing a high standard of compliant clinical care to patients, ensuring compliance
• Engaging with and supporting the progressive clinical culture we foster across the team
• Demonstrating a strong customer focus, managing the consistent delivery of exceptional care throughout the client journey
• Support the team and help develop skills where required

Skill & Experiences

• RCVS registered with 2-5 years’ small animal experience
• Team player – working collaboratively in practice and with wider colleagues
• Great communication skills
• A strong all-rounder, confident with routine surgeries and consults

Salary & Benefit

• A comprehensive package starting from £45,000 – £60,000 DOE
• £1500 CPD allowance with 2 -days CPD leave
• RCVS, BVA and VDS fees paid

The branch

The practice is well equipped with Stortz Endoscopy/Arthroscopy, ultrasound, digital direct x-rays, and an IDEXX blood machine in-house.

We have a friendly team led by Dr. Dario Ambrogio, our Lead Vet, and supported by our fantastic nursing team, which includes our Head Nurse and dedicated support colleagues.

Through Elizavet’s collaborative approach, we will soon have access to advanced diagnostics. We plan to install a CT Imaging machine as soon as the practice is ready, and we are also planning to set up a physiotherapy room
